Here we will talk about the people
who, with malice of forethought continue to violate the
Constitutional rights of people who dare to voice
dissent.
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the
United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment
for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and
Misdemeanours.
The Constitution provides
safeguards to be used when it is determined that the Government or
renegade factions (Police, District Attorney's, Etc.) operating
under the guise of Justice have committed crimes against the
people.
In my opinion the people I will be naming
are guilty of Treason as defined in our Great Constitution. The
following Amendments represent the majority of
violations:
Amendment I: Freedom of
Religion, Press, Expression. 12/15/1791.Note
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of
religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the
freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people
peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of
grievances.
Amendment IV: Search and
seizure. 12/15/1791.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses,
papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures,
shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon
probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly
describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be
seized
Amendment VIII: - Cruel
and Unusual punishment. 12/15/1791.
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines
imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Wouln't it be great if someone had a video proving these
Amendment violations.
